How do I return Defective Items ?

Follow step by step

1 . Please send message to Dearie n Co Facebook or Instagram for contact our customer service to request return items.

2. Sample of message for RETURN ITEMS

  • Subject :
  • example ( Item does not fit / Defective Items- attach photo(s) if possible / Incorrect item received )

3. Fill it up and sent to our Facebook / Instagram inbox.

4. MUST remark your Facebook Name / Instagram ID Name which you used to contact us to request return items on a paper/sticky note into your parcel.

Please write on paper & put into your parcel :

5. Kindly provide TRACKING NUMBER of the return parcel to us.

I found a defect / wrong size on my item but I've already washed it. What should I do?
We're unable to accept your return as it had been washed. Please check your item upon receipt.

I would like to request a refund in cash (in any condition). 
We apologize that we are unable to provide any refunds in cash.

The size doesn't fit me. Can I change it to other size ?
Yes. We will return you in Store Credit after received your return parcel. All you need is just purchase an item(s) for the size that you want by using the Store Credit we returned.
