Item Exchange Policy 

*** All purchased items are non-refundable. Customers are allowed to exchange items when the size is not suitable, or there are defects in the items. ***

1. We provide size exchange service for all items EXCEPT panties.
2. All returns must be done within 3 days from the received date. Requests thereafter will not be entertained. For instant, parcel received on 1st January, requests will not be accepted after 4th January.
3. All returned items must be in their original condition, unwashed, undamaged and nicely packed in the wrapping bag. Dearie & co reserves every right to reject every request that does not fulfil the criteria mentioned here.
4. Items can only be exchanged one time per transaction.
5. Postage charges returning the items to us will be borne by the customer. Dearie and co will take care of the postage charges sending the new items to the customer.
6. Please kindly seek our confirmation before sending the items back to us. Once you have read and understood our complete return policy, kindly contact us via Facebook or Instagram.  

What should I do to request for an exchange for my items?

We apologize if an item with wrong size or a defective item was sent. In this case, we will need our dearest customers to send the items back to us via traceable courier service.

1. Kindly DM us via FB/IG with a snapshot of the items that you wish to exchange due to incorrect size or defects. We will advise you further before sending back the item.
2. Items exchanged will be in same design, meaning that, for every request, if a replacement piece for the correct size is available, it will be sent out upon receiving the returned parcel. However, if the item is out of stocks, an item with another design and correct size will be allowed for exchange.
3. If your requests are accepted, we will provide you the shipping details to mail the items to us.

How do I know my items can be exchanged?

1. The items should NOT be washed or soaked in water. If colour runs due to this action, the request to exchange the items will be rejected.
2. Measurements stated may vary 1cm - 3cm due to the different stretchable quality of material and the measurement methods. Slight variation of measurement is not considered as a defect.
3. Colours displayed may appear slightly different on different screens as different devices will have different specifications and image qualities. In this case, the colour difference will not be considered as a defect.
